MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
Referrals
We do not accept direct appointments for your first visit, they are made through a referral. We work closely with all of our primary care offices and specialists that can make a direct referral to Neurology Consultants on your behalf. Once the referral is received, our team will contact you to schedule the appointment and start the journey.
Insurance
Insurance plans can be confusing. Our skilled patient service team can help you understand your coverage. We participate with most major insurance carriers.
Reschedule or cancel an appointment
If you need to change or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office at 256-881-4112 no less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Failure to give 24 hours notice or failing to show for your appointment represents a delay in seeing another patient in that slot. As a result, a $25 charge will be assessed. This charge is not billable to your insurance company and is ultimately the responsibility of the patient.
